Eventcalendar: do not show specific hours

The 4am to 10am there could really be omitted. Then you'd also actually see events when loading the page, as opposed to just time during which there are none. Is there a way to improve this?

If at all this needs to done in concert with the FullCalendar plug-in [0, 1].
