Support for Mega Menu implementations

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Create Mega Menu, using Enfold in this example
2. Push Contents of Menu to Target

RESULT:

Menu contents are Pushed; but some of the settings and codes created are not Synchronized.

EXPECTED RESULT:

Provide support for Mega Menu content, settings, codes, etc.

As an example, with the Enfold Mega Menu, there is a certain amount of postmeta data that is associated with the menu. This data is Pushed to the Target, but some of the content id references need to be updated/fixed during the Push process.

When a menu item is created it enters it into the wp_posts table. Also in the wp_postmeta the following is added
