Changing of "(X total)" points in message to "(Level X)" according to this tiering:
0-19 = No level
20-49 = Level 1
50-99 = Level 2
100-199 = Level 3
200-399 = Level 4
400-799 = Level 5
800-1499 = Level 6
1500-2999 = Level 7
3000-4999 = Level 8
5000-9999 = Level 9
10000+ = Level 10
