This is the official Implementaion of CBLA: Color Balanced Locally Adjustable Underwater Image Enhancement
[X] Clone the Repository on your local device.
[X] Open the folder in MatLab.
[X] Put the location of your image dataset in the Run.m file.
[X] This file calls the CBLA.p file which has the main model.
[X] Run the Run.m File. The results are saved in a folder named Results by the name - <input_image_name>_FIN.jpg.
