v2.3a handle invector namespace moves, some feature cleanup, generic prototype removal

v2.2b Magic Settings Check UI Links
This release adds a new feature, which will solve the issue many are having regarding the spell slots not being linked to the UI after import (or messing around), on the player magic settings component, see the top button "Check Links between Player & UI", this is check all the delegates are still linked and add any missing.
This releasse also contains a few minor fixes from the bleeding edge branch:
- added playermaker actions from lhide
- extra failsafe on UI display
- receive damage fix
- updated to ignore weapon holders
- fixed compiler warning

- updated generic AI scene

- re-created all 3 tutorial scenes from scratch to validate the wizards/tutorial
- corrected wrong Animator Trigger name defaulting in the MagicAI component

- added editor compiler directives to CharacterDatabase and SpellBook classes
- removed the un-needed include to UnityEditor in Original levelling system

however the main aim (and why this is an emergency release) is to handle the mass of namespace changes with the invector base code in the latest release.
