deLight

This is a set of custom LabVIEW MATLAB code for measurement, data analysis and simulation in Jiang et al., 'Activation of mechanoluminescent nanotransducers by focused ultrasound enables light delivery to deep-seated tissue in vivo' published in Nature Protocols.

The PD(SuppData1)_new.vi file was created in LabVIEW (version 2018) and test in PC with Windows 10 64-bit operating system. The other Matlab codes were developed and tested in Matlab (version R2023a, The MathWorks). Data Acquisition Toolbox is required to control other hardare with the Multifunction I/O Device. Software compatibility was verified for PCs with Windows 10 64-bit operating systems.
