Improvements to ShareX toolbar.

Small issue with it when I check "Lock position" and after that hover on panel, I see Pan Cursor style, rather than regular cursor.
Also when capture screen it possible to disable toolbar and when make screenshot (so toolbar will not included in it), after that back toolbar again?

I also want to make more things with that toolbar, because I realy want that:

1. First of that is possible to exclude that title "ShareX" (may be in edit menu at first place add "title" action and if delete that, we will not see title OR in context menu).
2. Second is possible to use transparent background (like I see only black outline with actions in it).
3. Third is set transparent level when mouse not over on it (it will be less visible and when hover on it, we will see opaque toolbar).

Fixed cursor for lock position.

I thought about automatically hiding it but that won't work for all actions so I would need to have list of specific actions which gonna need auto hiding. But even then I couldn't capture toolbar itself if I had this feature so I was decided to not add it. Maybe I should have "Auto hide" optional setting. Which can work for capture related actions only.

If I hide ShareX title then people can't right click it to close toolbar or use other options.
