When i am trying to download a track, Link.CreateFromString(LinkStr) returns null ..
How can I fix this problem?

Hi again, I have tested your code and it works perfect, I have a question, Is it possible to increase download speed? even with 2 or more premium accounts?

It should be possible to copy the program and start it twice downloading the half of the songs on every account you got. But this is another issue I don't know any solution yet since the download speed is set by spotify.

Please also consider opening a new ticket for this if needed the next time instead of asking in a closed one.
