Lists what information we know so far about a file, can extract all samples as RAW and decompress the ADPCM samples. Can also produce a new .SND file with all samples decompressed. As long as they're small enough to fit in memory, they will play back successfully in the Dreamcast games. PC version will play them too, but there some some tuning and looping problems. Only Dreamcast DTPK is currently supported at this time.

Note: PC version files should not be decompressed with this - They are already decompressed except they left the compression flags set so uncompressed data will be decompressed anyway and sound terrible.
