Social Rules

Social rules add modifiers to relationships based on the relationship meeting a set of preconditions. They are intended to be combined with traits to express how an agent's traits might influence how they feel about other agents and how different agents feel about them. Suppose designers give an agent an attractive trait. They might also add a social rule that buffs a Romance stat when other agents form relationships with the attractive one.

Social rules allow that additional flavor of social simulation to make gameplay fun as players learn the rules of the story/game world based on how different traits interact.
