Implement the same rules as online store for robots

WHY are these changes introduced?

Fixes https://github.com/Shopify/hydrogen-internal/issues/36

Implements a better ruleset for robots.txt that matches the online store's implementation.

Note that this PR is built upon the parse-gid PR #845; once that PR gets merged, then we can point the base branch to the main one and it'll be good to go.

HOW to test your changes?

Run locally and go to /robots.txt. You may need to build at the root first in order to get the parseGid function in hydrogen.
