Add ForceEqualSignAlignment to .rubocop.yml (#1190)

* Add ForceEqualSignAlignment to .rubocop.yml

* Revert ForceEqualSignAlignment cop

* Update method alignment

* Undo addition of whitespace to improve readability

* Fix missing alignment
