iProm-Sigma54: a CNN base prediction tool for σ54 Promoters
A convolutional neural network (CNN)-based tool, for application in the prediction of sigma 54 promotors 
This CNN-based tool uses a Onehot encoding scheme for promoter classification.
#How to Use
Download PcPromoter.py and Model weight files. Put all files in same folder
