Barebones WordPress skeleton theme based off of Initializr (HTML5 Boilerplate).

This will look awful right out of the box. It's supposed to -- it's a boilerplate. Modify to suit.
Note that this is a very, VERY early version of the WordPress version. I'm constantly updating it to work better out-of-the-box -- please open issues if you notice something's broken or not set up as it should be!
