Adding functionality for creating charts with custom data

I would like to request the addition of functionality to create custom KML charts. This would allow users to create their own custom charts with their own data, and then send those kmls to Liquid Galaxy.

The functionality to create custom charts could be implemented in a number of ways. One approach would be to provide a simple user interface that allows users to specify the data that they want to include on the chart, and then generate a chart for that data. Another approach would be to provide a more advanced user interface that allows users to create and edit charts directly.
