const runeforgePower = C_LegendaryCrafting.GetRuneforgePowerInfo(

Runeforge()/equippedruneforge() always return false because C_LegendaryCrafting.GetRuneforgePowerInfo always returns state=1 no matter equipped or not.

Please port my lua patch to track equipped legendaries.
