`k8s_container_*` metrics not shown for k8s with Spot Instances #1479

Bug description

After following Kubernetes Infra Metrics Docs, able to integrate kubelet_stats receiver.
However, k8s_container_* metrics are not present.

Expected behavior

To obtain k8s_container_* metrics along with other metrics after the integration.

How to reproduce

Spin up EKS cluster with Spot Instances
Follow the infra metrics guide to integrate kubelet_stats and other receivers
Import Dashboard with CPU and Memory Metrics from SigNoz UI

Version information

Signoz version: v0.10.0
Your CPU Architecture(ARM/Intel): Intel
