🧪🔬 -> API Route for [HDASH-6] [SCD-11] classification & importing models into ss

Added:

• Documentation around the cuttle process
• Cuttle configuration for the TIC identifier using lightkurve, and classifying TESS data using tensor flow (will later be used to compare to player classifications)
• Data routes (rest) for storage and retrieval of these processes

Starting to come together now, it's just about integrating this API into Unity and generating objects from Cuttle.

A note about the verification notebooks: these are unfinished so don't try them yet. It's just providing documentation for methods that will be run through tensor flow and outputs provided to player base to help verify the validity of a planetary candiade.

Removed some Unity files, use old commits to see them
