Update current score when PR merged

Background

The current_score.json is automatically rebuilt everytime we run the challenges. It will automatically reflect the tests.
For example, if there are new challenges. It will automatically add them.

Changes

• Built the current_score.json at the end of pytest.
• Change ci.yml to push current_score.json
• allow new challenges to not be skipped.
