Updated message checks, version bump

You must have Java installed to run the client!

To run on Linux, download and extract 'linux-jrs-client-v1.11.7.1.zip' and go into the folder. Type in bash start.sh to start the Jupiter client.

To run on Mac, follow the Linux instructions.

To run on Windows, download and extract 'win-jrs-client-v1.11.7.1.zip' and go into the folder. Double click run.bat to start the Jupiter client.

Download the jupiter_database.zip file and extract into the base folder to shorten the blockchain sync time.
