Eyetest module still banning people for alt-tabbing

This code change doesn't stop banning people for alt-tabbing. Happened on TF2.

Do not enable auto banning on this plugin, it can trigger various false positive on different games. Suspected cheaters have to be checked by an admin if possible.

Well my point is that the eyetest module was removed for banning people for alt-tabbing before, and it still seems like it isn't fixed, so this module should probably be disabled.
