SERVER_WIDE area mode should ignore player difficulty.
Area difficulty is reset downwards to player difficulty after killing a mob.

Area difficulty is reset downwards to player difficulty after killing a mob.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem
/sh_difficulty get
should show the same difficulty for player and area./sh_difficulty get
. Area difficulty will now be higher than player difficulty./sh_difficulty get
