Converts OpenMW load order to Morrowind load order.
Created in Visual Studio Community 2019 using VB.NET Core 3.1.

dotnet publish -r win-x86
dotnet publish -r linux-x64
dotnet publish -r linux-arm
dotnet publish -r osx-x64
Place executable for your OS in the same folder as Morrowind.exe.
Run the executable to perform initial setup.
Run again to convert your load order. It will overwrite your Morrowind load order.
