1st commit just updates the different libs. Note that BLE libs got split up into a new structure
commits 2 to 4 is an slc regen for each family. Most changes are with mbedtls configs but are minimal.
BRD4304A actually had pin conflicts between LEDs and Buttons. Only one peripheral can be used at the same time. We opt to keep the two buttons
Commit 5 is the removal of NVM3 modified files for 917. nvm3 support is now included in wifi_sdk for 917 soc
*Add commit 6 to removed unused rail libs
** commit 7 fixes some mistakes I made while updating the files
