Problem / Feature
To use the sleepy alarm based API's in the rejoin calls
Change overview
For sleepy app, alarm based wakeup API's were enclosed in macro due to which it cannot be used standalone. Alarm based wakeup is used in sleepy rejoin so that the device can go to sleepy/wakeup without any duplicating this code
