Description:
If you queue up a Mind Spike cast while casting a Mind Blast with Surge of Darkness active that instant cast Mind Spike will not give you a stack of Mind Melt.

yes

Howto:

  1. Get a Surge of Darkness proc
  2. Cast a Mind Blast and queue up a Mind Spike
  3. Notice you do not get a stack of Mind Melt

fixed as of now because of this bug #1032
