Hi,

I have just implemented Urban Airship in Baker iOS 7. I know that when I send a notification that contains "content-available", I can initiate a background download of the latest issue. This works fine. However, I would like it that when the app opens in response to any notification (even without "content-available") it refreshes the shelf. I may want to inform users that a new issue is available without forcing them to auto-download it.

Can I add some code to the if (payload) that handles the auto-download to force refresh the shelf regardless of what the notification was? What would I need to add there?

Hi.. I am having some issue regarding background download. I have used Parse with Baker, when I send a push notification, the new issue automatically downloads only when the app is running, but not when the app is closed/ running in the background. Can you tell me if you have modified the code in Baker to make this background download work? Thank you

@tinytimmytim this is a different discussion, please try to not mix different issues together, otherwise it's difficult for people to effectively answer, and it becomes even more difficult to search back for solved and unsolved issues.
