Event type renaming doesn't work on CalDAV calendar

When I use a CalDAV calendar in Simple Calendar, the calendars name is used as an event type. If I change the name of that event type to something else, then it is changed back after next sync.

To be clear; if CalDAV calendar name is MyEvents, then event type MyEvents is created, and if I change that to MyServerEvents in Simple Calendar (via Settings - General - Manage event types - - Edit) it revert back to MyEvents (I think after next sync).
