This one is easier. Same deploy user key shenanigans, and then we configure Capistrano to do our deployment for us. That requires SSH connection to the app server an maybe DB. We'll need an SSH relay somewhere for that to work.

Or a custom runner inside the LAN ? But it makes the runner a very attractive target.
