This is because the PowerShell console is not imported to the runtime as a Module. Unfortunately I do not think it can be solved as Modules can reside in the Module folders whereas We work within the confines of the WebApp.

This will be meaningful when running within Windows PowerShell when I get around to implementing Issue #7 and then within that environment this info will be provided.
