Image.Load throws ArgumentException

Description

Image.Load throws ArgumentException when loading malformed JPG file.

Steps to Reproduce

Run the following code snippet with the path variable containing the path to one of the files from the attached archive:

Image.Load(path);

There are three different stack traces in total for this exception type:
