[Enhancement] Gunthy GUI shows which coins are added & removed from exchanges (Bittrex, Poloniex, etc.)

Hi Sjakil,

It would be great if Gunthy GUI can notify us which coins are being/were removed and/or added to exchanges. For example every month Bittrex removes some certain coins with low trading volumes: https://support.bittrex.com/hc/en-us/sections/200560334-Coin-Removals and if we can notify users of these coins they can prepare appropriate actions (sell off or transfer to another wallet).

The thing is the API may not have access to this list of removals. If that is the case, I hope Gunthy GUI license server or my Gunthy GUI can keep a log of the newly-added or gonna-be-removed or was-removed coins somewhere for the records.

+1 This is an excellent idea, looking at the logs of unlisted coins I can only guess at the value lost due to not being aware of this.....
