Access Violation Crash caused by one API

Dear SketchUp Team,
We encountered an exception triggered by "SUModelCreateFromFileWithStatus()" when we try to convert a contaminated model for security testing.

The SketchUp SDK Version is 22.0.316
OS Platform: Windows 10 Enterprise 1909

Note: This issue seems similar to previous one (#749) which you've fixed.
However, it may be different.

It'd be better to have the information collected here instead of making forum posts and linking to it. There's nothing for the community to do on this one and for our record keeping it's better for us that the information is collected in the GitHub issue as our bot will then carry all the info to our internal tracker.
