Used when coloring a scalar volume using segmentation and we want to make sure that labels cover the underlying structure and a bit further (to color also the transition of the masked voxels). Co-authored-by: Jean-Christophe Fillion-Robin <jchris.fillionr@kitware.com>

In the interested of time, I will likely by pass the review at 10:45pm so that we can update Slicer and have the next round of preview build integrate this change. |
