Can't start the modpack. Can't download a specific file.

I have no clue what is wrong and it seems to be a general problem for me since it isn't just this modpack that it happens to.

if you have not fixed this yet, the reason your getting that error is there is an issue with the new launcher / and i think the files twitch uses if your using that. two things,

Manually re-download the file from Mojang at the link below
https://libraries.minecraft.net/net/java/dev/jna/jna/4.4.0/jna-4.4.0.jar

or ##2
Direct the launcher to use a java (JRE) installed on your pc. Mojang ships their own (quite older JRE with the game)
