New HTML5 element <picture> #317

The new HTML element picture would be quite useful in Django, specially if used with floating design and high-res displays.
Here is a good description on the upcoming <picture> element.

I think, adding a Django template tag to easy-thumbnails, which is able to render <picture> elements, would make lots of sense.

Would you consider such a feature?

Sure, it seems should be something easy enough to include without any major
bloat.
