The problem: The talent does not work on Earth Shield.
How it should work: Tidal Focus should reduce the mana cost of all healing spells by 5%. Earth Shield is a healing spell and should be affected by this talent.
How to reproduce: Make a shaman. Note the mana cost of Earth Shield. Then spec 5/5 into Tidal Focus, the mana cost will be the same.
