希望首选项、帮助等页面可以跟随系统主题切换

UWP 版是会跟随 ② 切换，那 Windows 桌面版也会跟随 ② 切换吗？

托盘右键菜单能否也顺便一起做了，同样跟随系统主题切换

准确地说应该是：

  • 首选项、帮助等窗口跟随默认应用模式
  • 通知区域（托盘）上下文菜单跟随默认 Windows 模式
