Bins uploaded, organized and metacards generated

Bins need to be consolidated and then extracted for pertinent info.

Place raw bins in the unstructured folder. Adding if it is verified stock, modified, custom, or unknown; transmission; etc to the file name is exceedingly helpful.

Bins in the unstructured folder need to be placed in the right structure, folder added, renamed, and metacard generated.

Current bins have been opened in tunerpro to extract osid, config id, and Vin. Vehicle details are extracted from nhtsb vin website.
*note, transmission, service ID, and hardware ID, should be cannot be extracted and should be included in upload.
