Rake Setup errors out

I get this error when I run:
snorby]# bundle exec rake snorby:setup
The gemspec at /var/www/html/snorby/vendor/cache/ruby/1.9.1/bundler/gems/snorby_cas_authenticatable-281a58b36368/devise_cas_authenticatable.gemspec is not valid. The validation error was 'duplicate dependency on devise (>= 1.0.6), (>= 0) use:
add_runtime_dependency 'devise', '>= 1.0.6', '>= 0'

This is after running the 'bundle install' command.

My system specs:
CentOS 7
MariaDB
Ruby 1.9.3 (through RVM)
Snort 2.9.7.3
