Improve the Report Function

Marc, can we improve the report function so that people can send it directly through the site instead of just as an email.

What would the form include in this case?

• Case name
• Contact information
• Brief case description

Or would it be each of the columns in the airtable database?

I think all the fields are too much, but I think I would add 2 things to what you mentioned.

1. date of detainment (in the cases where we are going to have to search for more information, having a date will be superhelpful)
   and
2. something to the effect of "would you prefer this case remained anonymous?"
