Hi. Thanks a lot for your response. I used -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX in order to install the compiled files to a new destination, which is "/home/liuj/opt/SOFA/master" (this is not the source code path)
According to your suggestion, I just tried to use the compiled version in the source code directory, i.e. src/build/bin, and the problem is gone. (I'm stupid that did not try this before......)

I'm not sure whether it is because sofa does not support install through -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX, or I did something incorrectly, but anyway thanks for solving this for me.

I found another way to solve this problem is roll back the STLIB to commit: 968ea
Jun 4. I think there maybe some modification imposed in the next commit to cause this. Probably this is not something bug, but just I did not use it properly.
