no "avoid crossing wall" on bambu printers.

Describe the bug
"avoid crossing wall" option doesn't prevent wall crossing for bambu printers but does for all other printers including voron, ultimaker and creality.

To Reproduce
slice the stl file with avoid retraction on and "max detour length" set to 100% on a bambu p1p .2mm nozzle and then on another non-bambu printer.

Expected behavior
turning "avoid crossing wall" will prevent travel across the holes on non-bambu printers when turned on. It wont when turned on with a bambu printer.

Screenshots
The screenshots show the sliced file on a voron and p1p both with avoid crossing wall turned on. The voron doesn't travel between walls and the bambu does.

Printer model
p1p 0.2mm nozzle, bambu pla basic.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: [e.g. iOS, Windows]
• Version [e.g. 22]

OSX ventura 13.1, orca slicer (1.6.3). This also happens with bambu studio (1.6.2.4.).
