Incompatibility with Pehkui

Oh, so Pehkui is modifying the same constant Unicopia needs to target to change reach distance :/

The issue with Pehkui is that it is one of the most used librarys outside the fabric api librarys so an incompatibility with it makes it incompatible with a bunch of other mods
