- Added Super Shadow.
- New ability: Chaos Control, while in Super Form use Chaos Control to freeze time.
- New ability: Run on water, similar to SADX SS, you can now hover on water with a cool water effect if you go fast.
- New ability: Boost, while flying, hold the boost button (default to B) to perform an incredible acceleration.
- There is now an option to allow transformation only if Last Story has been completed. (off by default)
- Added SADX Super Aura, it has more variation and effects than the SA2 one.
- Super Form music should now loop properly.
- Flying in Two Players mode should no longer softlock.
- Fixed an issue where Shadow eyes was turning dark when transforming to Super Sonic.
