Flatpak uses outdated EOL Gnome runtime

Run sudo flatpak update

On Pop! OS 22.04 LTS, I'm currently getting flatpak Soundux end-of-life warnings for runtimes:

• org.gnome.Platform - branch 42
• org.freedesktop.Platform.GL.default - branch 21.08
• org.freedesktop.Platform.VAAPI.Intel - branch 21.08
