Add security group rules to testflow

As a developer, I want to add security group rules to testflow so that we can run tests on security group rules in openstack.

Definition of Ready:

• User Story is small enough to be finished within one sprint
• User Story is clear and understood by the whole team
• Acceptance criteria are defined
• Acceptance criteria are clear and understood by the whole team

Definition of Done:

• All acceptance criteria are met
• Changes have been reviewed
• CI tests have run successfully
• Documentation has been updated
• Release Notes have been updated

Please also include here the case that the assigned security groups are removed from an instance/port and it is checked that the port/addresses listed in the security group can no longer be used.
