New option -LR does this. The OVN loadbalancer in Bobcat+OVN-24.03.1 leaks ports (ovn-lb-hm-$SUBNETD) if the members are deleted before the healthmonitor. This is reported as OSISM issue #921. Signed-off-by: Kurt Garloff <kurt@garloff.de>
