Adapt C&H test cluster to SCS K8S Version Policy for new Kubernetes versions (scs-0210) and evaluate its costs.

Todos:

• Adapt C&H test cluster to SCS standard
• Update standard documentation with costs/cost estimation
• Write how to and/or adaption script

INFO: Checking cluster specified by default context in /home/hannesbaum/workspace/yaook/scs-yaook-mk8s/etc/admin.conf.
INFO: The K8s cluster version 1.28.9 of cluster 'kubernetes-admin@kubernetes' is still in the recency time window.

That works for now. The biggest problem probably is, that the cluster would need to be update very soon, since Kubernetes does new versions very regularly.
