I checked in on IRC Friday to see about the speed bump that prevents automated story submissions--the guys said it was supposed to wait 20 seconds between submissions. It feels more like 5 minutes--it's a significant impediment to replenishing the story queue when it gets very low. Is there a way to check it out or allow trusted submitters to eschew the speed bump?
